This hotel was wonderful base for exploring Gatlinburg, loved it. Everything was good, nonetheless a few employees were not very friendly.

Loved almost every detail, including location and staff, they were fabulous! The room was tastefully decorated with great beds and had a microwave oven, a fridge and a coffee maker. The breakfast was included, that was a bonus.

Actually everything was good, my next choice again in Gatlinburg. Its location was central, within walking distance of Arcadia Video Arcade. The hotel was an amazing base for enjoying a pretty nice area.

I loved staff and food as well as reasonable prices. The room I booked was cleaned and available with balcony and the bathroom, for instance.

Loved my fairly nice stay in another location on the next visit. This hotel was set in a central area just next door to downtown, restaurants and shopping, the Main Street, close to the Skytrack. Also, you could visit a stone-and-wood moonshine distillery. My food for continental breakfast was great and all the staff were friendly and courteous.

The hotel was hip new and clean, updated rooms. Booked a room with great beds. We thoroughly enjoyed breakfast that was included. It was central and close to Arcadia Video Arcade.

The breakfast was large and the service was very efficient. Splendid and delightful room with bright bathroom. Clean pool area too. Beautiful garden outside. We loved the supper in Ruby Sunshine next to the hotel.

Friendly location, new building, we appreciated well-appointed rooms. A wide range of supplies in the room: free wireless internet access, flat screen cable TV and two TVs. Nice service was provided here too.
